Came in for a little celebration.. ZERO complaints! Best choice for dinner! Karley our server was out of this world and very personal. I gotta say the buffalo cauliflower is out of this world! TRY IT! We were able to make it a very special and memorable night which was the goal. Uprooted is top notch! See ya soon!

Talk about a hidden gem! This place may look like a run down bar judging by the exterior, but the interior is all updated and lovely. The food was SO good! Our waitress was very friendly, informative, and attentive to our large party. Everyone ordered something different so that we all had the opportunity to taste test a variety of menu items. Every entree was excellent and we loved the rolling salad cart that they brought to the table to customize our salad orders. The dessert flights were a total hit with everyone. They served them in tall shot glass like containers and all of them were very tasty. We all agreed that we were so pleasantly impressed with Uprooted and we are looking forward to going back soon.

My favorite local spot for a high quality meal & attentive service every time! I love the unique touches and little details they add to the dining experience. They also have amazing gluten-free options and a dedicated gluten-free fryer which is a huge plus for those with celiac and/or allergies. Highly reccomend!

The food was delicious! Decent prices too, and good size portions. Shrimp boil, chicken marsala, a steak salad, and the lobster roll. Curb appeal is lacking and interior atmosphere seemed dated, wasn't my personal favorite. But the food is great and I will definitely be coming back to try more

In town for a couple days with family and found this restaurant on the Happy Cow app and was excited to try as I'm vegan and family isn't. Staff was amazing. Food was great! However the mushroom spinach ravioli has cheese in it and that wasn't listed on the menu :(. My fault, I should have made sure to ask. I would still go back as there are definitely other options for plant based that look phenomenal!

I have a rare metabolic condition that makes it real difficult to find places that will accommodate all my medical dietary needs. I was so excited to have several options and our waitress, Julia would check the kitchen often to make sure the food could be made in a way I could eat it. The food was amazing, the waitstaff was amazing and we were checked in on often to make sure everything was well. They even made me a great mocktail! I can’t wait to come again. It’s so nice to feel included in dinners

I have been here twice. Once out for a dinner date and once with the family. Both times were amazing. Staff is exceptional and food is phenomenal. Hidden gem I never would have guessed was there. McHenry semi casual fine dining experience. The salad cart where they make you a customs salad at your table is so fun and a great addition to dinner.and the dessert shooters are delicious. Just a tip. Try anything with pesto. Theirs is pretty much the only one my husband and I have ever liked.

I have to say out of most of the restaurants I have eaten at. This one is by far the best. The employees are very nice, service is great and I love the farm to table menu. Everything was so delicious and naturally authentic. The vegetarian sampler and shrimp tacos were to die for. If I could I would definitely give this restaurant a 5 star award.
